Position Title: Security Rover

As a Security Rover, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of a residential building. Main responsibilities will include patrolling the perimeter, monitoring activities, and responding to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the area, ensuring a visible security presence.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
• Enforce community rules and regulations while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate findings to the security management team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Class D Security License required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday 7 am to 3 pm
