1. Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
2. Technical Support: Provide basic IT support to users, answer technical questions, and guide them through common IT tasks.
3. System Maintenance: Support the maintenance and updates of computer systems, smart devices, and peripherals.
4. Data Management: Assist with data entry, organization, and backup processes.
5. Software Installation: Help with the installation, configuration, and testing of new software and hardware.
6. Documentation: Create and update IT documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
7. Learning & Development: Gain hands-on experience and develop IT skills under the supervision of experienced IT professionals.
8. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the IT department.

1. Computer Skills: Proficiency in operating systems, common software applications, and IT functions.
2. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
3. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for user support.
4. Technical Aptitude: A natural interest in technology with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
5. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6. Other Requirement: CDL with a good driving record that meets CSG underwriting standards.

1. Setting up and configuring new computers and peripherals.
2. Troubleshooting printer and connectivity issues.
3. Assisting with software updates and security patches.
4. Monitoring network performance and identifying potential issues.
